xSearch: The search tool I rely on for iPhone and iPad

On my Mac, I use Alfred for quick searches across specific engines. The setup is: custom URL patterns with keyword triggers gs in the Alfred bar launches a Google search, ds launches DuckDuckGo. The problem is Alfred doesn't exist on iPhone and iPad. That's where xSearch comes in.

xSearch is a Safari extension for iPhone and iPad that lets you switch between search engines using simple keyword shortcuts right from Spotlight or the address bar. Type "g apple" to search Google, or "ddg apple" for DuckDuckGo. You can set up as many custom search engines as you want, including searches scoped to specific sites. There's a share extension for searching selected text from any app. And iCloud sync keeps everything consistent across devices.

xSearch is also available for Mac, but I already have Alfred there. On iPhone and iPad, it fills that gap perfectly.
